Yoga Quotes about Letting Go

Have you ever struggled with letting go of something that’s been holding you back? This topic has been on my mind lately. Can you relate? I think I often feel this way in the fall. Is it a natural part of the change in the seasons as we transition from Summer to Fall?

To me letting go is when you release all of the fears, doubts, worries and and thoughts about something (whether it’s a person, a situation in your life, or a specific outcome). Sometimes we get too attached to these thoughts and they disrupt our happiness and actually keep us trapped in quicksand.

Can you relate?

So when I think of letting go, I think of the deliberate choice to release something that is no longer serving me, so I can open up room in my mind and life for things that actually help me!

Lately I’ve been turning to quotes to help keep myself focused on certain things. And I realized it might be helpful to my readers, so I wanted to share them with you as well!

Today, I’m sharing yoga quotes about letting go. Please leave me a note in the comments and let me know which quote is your favorite!
