I often have people asking me what my favorite health and wellness products are, so I thought it would be helpful to put everything together in the one place. These are all things that myself and my family use and trust. Please note that I do receive a small commission on some of the products you see here at no extra cost to you. This is what helps to keep Namaste Nourished running. I only ever link to products I use and love. If you do choose to purchase through my link, you have my heartfelt thanks!
Coconut oil is a must-have – I couldn’t live without it. I use coconut oil every day for everything from cooking, making homemade chocolate and adding to my morning smoothie, to moisturizing my skin and hair, and removing makeup. Click here.
My family and I take Juice Plus whole food based supplements every single day. Juice Plus whole food capsules are packed with health-boosting, disease-fighting phytonutrients. Being the science nerd that I am, I was incredibly impressed by many clinical studies published in peer-reviewed, medical journals. Beyond that, once we started taking Juice Plus, our personal results spoke for themselves. JP+ is a non-negotiable for us. Click here.
Rosehip oil is the only thing I use on my face. (You can read more about the benefits of rosehip oil here.) It has completely replaced the many, chemical-filled, (uber expensive) face and eye creams I used to use. Click here.
I love raw cacao powder because it’s an absolutely amazing source of antioxidants and contains a multitude of other health benefits. I use raw cacao powder to make my 3-ingredient homemade chocolate, I put a tablespoon in mine and my son’s superfood smoothie every morning, and I also use it to make chocolate avocado pudding. We have a salt lamp in almost every room of our house. Salt lamps help to purify the air by releasing negative ions, similar to an ionizer. They give off a beautiful, warm glow, perfect for mood lighting and in a child’s nursery (I absolutely LOVED the salt lamp in my son’s nursery during those middle of the night feeds.) Click here.
Multani Mitti is incredibly popular in India, and is known for it’s nourishing and healing properties. I make a face masque using Multani Mitti and greek yoghurt about once a week, to remove impurities and provide a deep cleanse. Click here.
I’m a huge fan of essential oils and diffuse them on a daily basis in my house. Click here.
